FAQ’s for running t-shirts and custom printed t-shirt
Are there any delivery charges for mainland UK?
Yes – but just a little bit! All orders over £40.00 are free for all mainland UK using royal mail 2nd class post. Sometimes we use courier service for larger orders. If you are outside the UK we will notify you of additional delivery costs; they depend on where you are.
What are the tech t-shirts made of?
Our Standard tech t-shirts and vests are 100% polyester with textured fabric and inherent wickability, 140gsm.
Our adult cotton t-shirts are 100% cotton.
Our baby cotton t-shirts are 100% combed and ringspun cotton.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Your order will be sent to you as soon as humanly possible, we try to send them out within 2-3 working days – this is depending on what time of the day orders are received and on stock levels. We do custom make orders so sometimes they can take a little longer. If there is likely to be any delay, we will email you.
Will I receive lots of junk mail and will you give my details to others?
No! And never! We won’t bug you with annoying messages and we will never supply your details to others.
Will I get a discount for a large order?

All custom made products cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or if we made a mistake on the order.
A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken by us. As we offer a short turnaround time, work may have already be undertaken.
If you have ordered the wrong size and it is a custom order then we can’t give you a refund. Please note that some products, even though they are the same size may vary, there is a variations of +/- 2cms on all products.
If there is a fault with a product we offer a very helpful and hassle-free returns policy and we will replace your item. We do ask for the item back first before we can replace it so we can check it over and see if it can be repaired. Buyer pays for returns postage.
You can return an uncustomised product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, it will be exchanged for the same colour and size. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in. Buyer pays for returns postage.
Once the returned item has been received and checked over then we will approval or rejection of your exchange.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Certainly, this is handled in Paypal when you order. Or just email us.
The customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed you have permission to reproduce artwork files.
Where will my order come from and how will you send it to me?
All our orders will come direct from us here at JustALittleBit HQ in sunny Cheltenham, UK and we use Royal Mail, unless it’s a large order, and then we might use a courier. Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any delivery or courier service used to deliver goods, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer.
What are the care instructions for your T-shirts?
We recommend you wash them after every time you run in them, otherwise they will become a bit smelly. Regular washing with all your smalls at 30 or 40 will be just fine.
When, or if, ironing T-shirts, use a cool iron and don’t iron directly on the print, iron on the reverse. Do not use steam setting
How are the shirts printed?
We use top quality vinyl and it’s permanently heat pressed, so it won’t peel off.
For our full colour printed t-shirts the process we use is heat transfer.
