Delivery and Returns

ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER. We can usually send orders out in 2-4 working days depending on stock levels. Orders received after 4.30pm will be processed the next working day.

When we have completed your order we send via one of the delivery options you have chosen (see below)

Delivery and Returns

Delivery Charges
Most orders:
1st class delivery – £4.50
Courier – £8.50
All prices include VAT
Orders over £40.00 are free for all mainland UK using royal mail 2nd class post.

Sometimes we use courier service for larger orders.

Europe – £10.00
Everywhere else – £15.00

Returns policy

ALL of our items are custom made to order. So please note these cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or if we made a mistake on the order. Only an UNPRINTED item can be returned for exchange. If you are unsure of the size please see our size guide. Or we are happy to send an unprinted top for you to try on for size. Please get in touch.
If you have ordered the wrong size we can’t offer an exchange or refund as ALL of our items are custom made to order. Please note that some products, even though they are the same size may vary, there is a variations of +/- 2cms on all products.
A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken by us. As we offer a short turnaround time, work may have already be undertaken. Please EMAIL rather than call us as soon as you can.
If there is a fault with a product we offer a very helpful and hassle-free returns policy and we will replace your item. We do ask for the item back first before we can replace it so we can check it over and see if it can be repaired. Buyer pays for returns postage. 
Once the returned item has been received and checked over then we will approval or rejection of your exchange.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
